Process
Floor quality starts below the surface
The process includes base and subgrade preparation, installation of the sports floor, finishing and quality control, in order to achieve the right properties for the intended use.
We pay special attention to proper base preparation, because the quality and stability of the finished sports floor depend to a large extent on a properly built base underneath.
- 01 Subgrade preparation Excavation, filling, compaction and leveling — checking slopes and drainage.
- 02 Base layer Concrete or asphalt base, or an elastic layer — depending on the type of floor.
- 03 Sports floor installation Pouring rubber, laying tartan, parquet or artificial turf according to the specification.
- 04 Finishing and inspection Line marking, equipment installation and testing of the surface properties.

Tartan surfaces
For outdoor sports courts and running tracks — resistant to UV, water and intensive training loads.
Acrylic surfaces
Multi-layer acrylic coating on an asphalt or concrete base — for tennis, basketball and multi-sport courts, in a wide choice of colors.
Sports parquet
For sports halls — with elastic subfloors, final lacquering and line marking for each sport.
Artificial turf
For football and multi-sport fields, with the appropriate infill and drainage system.
Multi-layer, full-color acrylic coating — the top layer carries both the court lines and the mural painted across the entire court.
